Era was founded by Dr. Bridgette Jeffries with the purpose of recruiting providers who are enthusiastic about caring for people. The vision at Era is to connect people with providers by creating a platform where mental health professionals can be free to practice autonomously while providing services and tools which will assist clients in achieving their highest quality of life while living with mental health issues.
About Our Owner
Dr. Bridgette Jeffries
As a nurse of 30 years, my experience covers a broad spectrum of providing a multitude of services to individuals and families from all walks of life and economic backgrounds.
I am doctorally prepared from the University of Washington and a board certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). I provide services to those in their adolescent years and throughout the life span. My goal is to meet you where you are in your journey, then to enhance you with tools that will be life changing. We will collaborate together to identify the best approach.
My specialized services include performing comprehensive psychiatric diagnostic evaluations; providing evidence-based medication management, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy, brief psychotherapy; supportive therapy and life coaching. Honesty and client centered care are my primary approaches to establishing an effective therapeutic relationship with you in our growth together in your treatment.

This flat rate fee-based compensation package has been designed to ensure providers are financially benefiting more than ever from their time, commitment and from their education.
